2025 Indoor Instructional League

Registration: $1350.00 per team. The team captain or coach must complete the team roster. A $450 deposit is required to guarantee a spot. Balance is due one week before the first scheduled date.

Details: 

* USA Field Hockey Indoor Rules will be followed 

* Sideboards will be used

* Teams will need to provide their own uniform  

* All players must have proper protective gear (Mouth Guard, Shin Guards, Sneakers, Indoor Stick recommend, but not required. Goalkeepers must bring their own equipment.)

* There will be 5 field players plus a goalie on the field 

* The home team will be in the light color and socks, the away team will be in the dark color

* Games will be approximately 6:10 pm -6:53 pm, 6:54 pm - 7:37 pm, and 7:38 pm -8:20 pm

* Games will consist of 2 halves of 20 minutes with a 2-minute halftime

* All officials will be provided by and paid for by Surf & Sand 

* Game balls will be provided

* Teams must bring their own balls to warm up with before the games

 

Additional: All players attending must register themselves in the system
