2026 SUMMER COLLEGE SHOWCASE

Surf & Sand's Field Hockey Showcase (7v7) was created to give participants the opportunity to become better athletes, compete at a high level and gain exposure to college coaches while taking advantage of great summer weather in a great summer location. The Surf & Sand showcase seeks to provide high school athletes the opportunity to further enhance their field hockey skills with instruction provided coaches and display their talents.

Registration Guide

Coaches: Team Registration

Click "Register Here" and select the Surf & Sand Summer Showcase June 18 +Coach option
Pay the $300 deposit to reserve your team's spot.
After payment, you will receive a Team Code.
Share this code with all of your players.
If Players Pay Individually: The full deposit will be refunded to you after the event.
If You Pay for the Team: The deposit will be applied directly to your final team balance.

Players: Individual Registration

Get the Team Code from your coach.
Click "Register Here" and select the Surf & Sand Summer Showcase June 18 +Player option.
Enter the Team Code when prompted.
Complete your personal registration.
Note: All players must register individually to be eligible to play.

To Register without a Team

Click "Register Here" and select the Surf & Sand Summer Showcase: Individual Player with NO team (July 18) option.
Complete your personal registration.

Age Classification (as of 8/1/25)

Under-10: Players born after July 31, 2015
Under-12: Players born after July 31, 2013
Under-14: Players born after July 31, 2011
Under-16: Players born after July 31, 2009
Under-19: Players born after July 31, 2006

Key Dates

Recommended Registration: July 2, 2026
Schedule Release: The final game schedule will be posted no later than 1:30 PM on Thursday, July 9, 2026.

Format & Divisions

Age Groups: U-19, U-16, U-14, U-12, U-10 (Co-ed)
Team Roster: A minimum of 7 players is required per team (6 field players and 1 goalkeeper).
Guaranteed Games: Each registered team will play a minimum of 4 games.

Event Day Schedule

Team Check-In: Begins at 7:00 AM
First Games: Start promptly at 8:00 AM

Player Requirements

✓ Attire: Team uniform and cross-trainers or turf shoes.
✓ Equipment: Bring your own stick or goalie kit.
✓ Safety (Mandatory): All players must have a mouth guard and shin guards to be eligible to play.
✓ Highly Recommended: Defensive corner masks for enhanced safety.
✓ Warm-Ups: Please supply your own balls for warming up. Game balls will be provided.
✓ Registration: All players must register on-site on the day of the event.

Early Bird Discount (by June 5, 11:59 PM)

$100 per player (with a team)
$115 per player (as an individual)

(The discount will be applied automatically at the end of the registration process.)

After June 5, 2026

$115 per player (with a team)
$125 per player (as an individual)

Rescheduled Events Policy

If the Surf & Sand Summer Showcase needs to be rescheduled, your registration will be carried over to the new date. The standard refund policy will then apply relative to the rescheduled date.
