2026 SURF & SAND WINTER ICEBREAKER

What: Break the winter chill and ignite your competitive spirit at the Surf & Sand Winter Icebreaker! This one-day, 6v6 indoor tournament offers athletes a thrilling opportunity to battle it out on the courts.

* Select - Surf & Sand Winter Icebreaker - Feb 7 +Coach to initially register the "Team"

* Click +Player to register as a player for an already created team

* You will need the "team code" sent to the person that registered the team.

***Please download the sports engine app (formerly tourney machine) on your mobile device to view your team's schedule***

How to Register

Team

* Click on the “Register Here” link above

*Select “Surf & Sand Winter Icebreaker -Feb 7" +Coach to register each team.

* Once registration has been finalized you will receive a code.

* The $350 fee is your deposit and will RESERVE your team spot.

* If you are registering multiple teams please repeat the process for each team attending.

* If you chose "Players Pay" during your registration, the full deposit will be returned to you following your team's attendance at this event.  If you selected "Coach Pays" $350 be deducted from the remaining balance.

Participants

* Click on the “Register Here” link above

* Select "Surf & Sand Winter Icebreaker -Feb 7" +Players

* Enter the team code. Your coach will have this code.

 * Each individual playing on the team will have to register themselves using the team code.

Details

* It is suggested to be registered by January 29

* Final Game Schedule will be released no later than 1:30 pm on January 30

* Open to all athletes (U-12/U-14/U-16/U-19) 

* Minimum of 6 players per team

* 4-25 min games per Team 

*6v6 (Indoor Rules)

* On the day of the event registration will begin at 7:00 a.m.  

* Games begin at 8:00 AM

Player Requirements

  • ✓ Attire: Team uniform and cross-trainers.

  • ✓ Equipment: Bring your own indoor stick or goalie kit.

  • ✓ Safety (Mandatory): All players must have a mouth guard and shin guards to be eligible to play.

  • ✓ Highly Recommended: Defensive corner masks for enhanced safety.

  • ✓ Warm-Ups: Please supply your own balls for warming up. Game balls will be provided.

  • ✓ Registration: All players must register on-site on the day of the event.

Age Classification:

* Under-10 Age Classification: Players born after Jan  1, 2015, are eligible.

* Under-12 Age Classification: Players born after July 31, 2013, are eligible

* Under-14 Age Classification: Players born after July 31, 2011, are eligible.

* Under-16 Age Classification: Players born after July 31, 2009, are eligible.

* Under-19 Age Classification: Players born after July 31, 2006, are eligible.
