WHAT IS SELECT????  

Select is designed as an introduction to the level of competition with the flexibility to mix and match session and competition days. Athletes will practice and be required to compete in at least one of the below competition days. Select one, two, three, or all four of our practice sessions. In addition to one, two, or all three of our local competition days.
