WINTER INDOOR PRACTICE SESSION
(Open to Select; Included in Elite U16/U19)
The Winter Indoor Session will help players develop their tactical and technical knowledge, grow their game knowledge, and increase their confidence on the court. You will receive sport-specific training in a FUN atmosphere from experienced and knowledgeable coaching staff.
About this Session:

Style: Played indoors on courts with indoor boards for a fast-paced, continuous game.

Stick Requirement: ONLY indoor sticks are allowed. No outdoor sticks will be permitted.
